Job Summary
- Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters appointment letters and other employee communications.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support attendance leave and payroll documentation.
- Ensure HR files and records are accurate and confidential.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications :
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
