Required Skills:
Create and develop designs in line with client procedures specifications and industry standards. Prepare review and update fabrication drawings / shop drawings ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance. Generate detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks etc.) as per project requirements. Perform design calculations tolerance checks and material selection based on engineering standards. Ensure adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and drafting standards. Coordinate with design production and quality teams for seamless project execution and issue resolution. Facilitate design validations revision control and version management throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate technical queries clarifications and updates effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders. Support prototype evaluation testing feedback and design improvements where required. Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability cost-efficiency and installation feasibility. Follow ISO standards and implement quality-driven processes in all deliverables. Maintain and monitor project reports time sheets and technical documentation. Identify risks troubleshoot design challenges and propose effective solutions proactively. Work independently with strong ownership while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
