Requirements
- Create and develop designs in line with client procedures specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare review and update fabrication drawings / shop drawings ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance.
- Generate detailed 2D/3D drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks etc.) as per project requirements.
- Perform design calculations tolerance checks and material selection based on engineering standards.
- Ensure adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and drafting standards.
- Coordinate with design production and quality teams for seamless project execution and issue resolution.
- Facilitate design validations revision control and version management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate technical queries clarifications and updates effectively with overseas clients and stakeholders.
- Support prototype evaluation testing feedback and design improvements where required.
- Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability cost-efficiency and installation feasibility.
- Follow ISO standards and implement quality-driven processes in all deliverables.
- Maintain and monitor project reports time sheets and technical documentation.
- Identify risks troubleshoot design challenges and propose effective solutions proactively.
- Work independently with strong ownership while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
