Senior Engineer Electrical

Were looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Electrical - Buildings Services to join our organization in Bengaluru this role you will lead the design implementation and optimization of electrical systems for commercial and institutional buildings. • Design and analyze electrical systems for buildings including power distribution lighting fire safety and HVAC integration
• Develop comprehensive electrical specifications and technical documentation using industry-standard software and tools
• Lead project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate existing electrical infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with Indian electrical codes IEC standards and local building regulations
• Collaborate with architects mechanical engineers and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technicians providing technical guidance and performance feedback
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of electrical equipment and materials
• Perform energy audits and recommend sustainable electrical solutions to enhance building efficiency
• Prepare detailed reports drawings and presentations for stakeholders and project teams
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions

Qualifications :

• 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering specifically in buildings services or facility management
• 3 years in a senior or leadership role with demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects
• Strong expertise in electrical systems design including power distribution lighting design fire safety systems and HVAC integration
• Proficiency with AutoCAD electrical design software and building information modeling (BIM) tools
• In-depth knowledge of Indian electrical codes IEC standards and building regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize complex electrical systems
• Strong project management capabilities with experience delivering large-scale commercial or institutional projects
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced technical knowledge of energy management systems and sustainable building practices
• Experience with electrical simulation and analysis tools
• Familiarity with renewable energy systems and integration into building infrastructure
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to prepare clear technical documentation
• Professional certification in electrical engineering or related field (preferred)
