Roles and Responsibilities :-

Create update and manage support tickets using tracking dashboards in ServiceNow
basic troubleshooting resolving straightforward queries like logging tickets in tracking systems before escalating complex problems to L2 or L3
Assisting team members with day-to-day project operations.
Resolving L1/L2 technical support tickets
Actively engaging in team brainstorming meetings and providing fresh perspectives
Escalate unresolvable or highly complex technical problems to Level 2 (L2) or Level 3 (L3) engineering teams with detailed notes.
