About the role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Bangalore (JP Nagar) team. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial operations supporting end-to-end loan settlement processes within a structured high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy efficiency and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

What Youll Do:

• Manage the disbursal and collection of loan documentation with precision

• Review and verify documents in line with banking and compliance standards

• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate settlement records

• Ensure timely updates across trackers and internal systems

• Adhere to AML CTF and internal risk and compliance frameworks

• Deliver within defined SLAs and reporting timelines

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries effectively
  

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce Finance Business or a related discipline

• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and data handling

• Clear communication skills with fluent English

• Ability to manage multiple tasks within structured processes

• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow

• Australian shift timings (3:004:00 AM start MonFri)
