Job Summary
1. Make sure that all the machines are performing at optimum level as per machines target capacity (no loss due to machine condition).
2. To prepare preventive/ predictive maintenance plan and execute to reduce/ eliminate breakdown of all the machines and related equipment.
3. Ensure optimum stock of critical spare parts/ consumables and maintain the stock level.
REPORTING TO: Production Manager
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
1) Daily preventive maintenance of tool room machine.
2) Maintain inventory of consumable tools and equipment related to tool room.
3) Coordination with supplier related to tool room.
4) Maintain and monitor special tooling.
5) Maintain stock of raw material of tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1) . Graduate or Diploma.
2) . Minimum 5 years as Tool RoomIncharge in Manufacturing sector
