Job Context: UltraTech Cement has been growing exponentially in terms of capacity additions and market share in the last few years and achieved the milestone of enhancing its cement manufacturing capacity to 196.8 mtpa as on 31.03.2026 becoming the third-largest cement player globally (excluding China). The role is instrumental in 1)Monthly quarterly and year-end account closing process 2) Preparing & implementing required systems & control for future 3) Compliances with frequent changes in Accounting Standards SEBI Guidelines Companies Act Listing Requirements and various other new statutory requirements viz. Implementation of International Accounting Standards for the Company with required system changes. 4) To assist in digitization of the reports and prepare any other Management insights as and when required. Challenges:
Continuously upskilling on new technology and automation tools and adapting the working style to use them to full advantage. |

Key Result Areas | Supporting Actions |
Accountability 1: To support in quarterly and annual preparation of Consolidated financial statements of the Company and for the audit of the same. |

Accountability 2: To support the monthly closing of UltraTech and its subsidiaries accounts in FCCS and ensure timely and accurate submission of the financials to the Chairmans Office in the CMIS format. |
|
Accountability 3: To look after the development and administration activities for file updation in FCCS for subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements and to maintain robust supporting documentation for the consolidation process. |
|
Accountability 4: To assist in digitization of the reports and prepare any other Management insights as and when required. |
