Sr. Engineer / Team Leader - Machine Shop

BE/ B-tech - Electronics / Electrical

BE with 4 Yrs. / Diploma with 6 Yrs.

Automotive Industry - Engine Machine Shop Maintenance

1. Good hands on experience of MAG (640) make CNC Machine with Fanuc Controller Felsomat Gantry and SPM Machines.

2. Hands on experience on Fanuc CNC Controller

3. Knowledge of Gantry maintenance & Gantry Safety.

4. Computer Skill Proficient in MS Excel Knowledge of MS-word and MS-PowerPoint

5. Knowledge of SAP

6. Proficiency in Parameterization

7. Hands on Experience on SPM machine Machine Shop Equipment VMC & HMC machines Nagel Honing Fanuc Robots Core plug pressing Leak test SPM Robotics Washing Machine.

8. Hand one experience on encoder troubleshooting & replacement Pulse coder replacement Servo motor replacement Servo Drives troubleshooting & Maintenance Linear Scale replacement & bypass.

9. Hand on experience on Ball screw replacement APC & ATC maintenance.

10. Hand on experience on Fanuc & Kuka robots added value.
