Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function
  • Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales target
  • Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
  • Achieve Brand & Product wise target
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.
  • Develop & mentor Team for next level

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise
  • Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
  • Developing TBMs field effectiveness

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
  • Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression
  • Effective communicator & Analytical Skill
  • People Manager

Position Accountability / Scope

Limited to Area/Geography of operation

Minimum Education
  • BSc/ background
  • Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record

Minimum Experience/Training Required
  • Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
  • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
