Position: Tender Executive
Qualification: Under Graduate Graduate
Experience: Fresher and Experience both are Eligible
Location: Jabalpur
Skill-Basic-Computer knowledge
Excel Familiar with Tender documents
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (e.g. government and private platforms)
- Analyze tender requirements eligibility criteria and technical specifications
- Prepare and compile tender documents bids and proposals
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance legal technical teams) for documentation
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines
- Maintain records of submitted and ongoing tenders
- Track tender status results and updates
- Handle EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and other compliance requirements
- Assist in vendor registrations and documentation
