They identify new business opportunities prepare technical and commercial proposals and ensure submissions comply with all guidelines and deadlines. Their work is vital for driving revenue and winning contracts in both public and private ResponsibilitiesTender Identification: Monitor public and private procurement portals (e.g. the Government e-Marketplace - GeM in India) for relevant Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bidding & Preparation: Compile all necessary compliance documents technical specifications financial quotes and legal forms required for bid -Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales engineering legal and finance departments to gather accurate data and ensure costings align with target profit & Tracking: Execute on-time submissions across various e-tendering platforms and closely follow up on tender results clarifications and post-bid Skills & QualificationsAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to dissect complex tender terms calculate costs and assess bid Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is critical.
