Job Summary

Search and analyze Government and Private Tender opportunities.

Prepare technical commercial and bid documentation for tender submissions.

Manage end-to-end e-tender submissions through GEM CPP and other e-procurement portals.

Coordinate with internal teams for costing pricing and commercial approvals.

Prepare vendor registration and pre-qualification documentation.

Ensure tender submissions comply with client and regulatory requirements.

Track tender status maintain records and prepare MIS reports.

Coordinate contract documentation and post-submission activities.

Monitor bid timelines and ensure on-time submissions.

Support management in improving tender success rates and operational efficiency.

Requirements

35 years of experience in Tender Management or Bid Management.
Experience in EPC Engineering CGD or Industrial sectors.
Hands-on experience with GEM Portal CPP Portal and other e-procurement platforms.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation and contract management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Required Skills:
