Candidates with experience in Motor Insurance Life Insurance Health Insurance Insurance Renewals or Telesales will be preferred.

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
• Handle insurance renewal calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements.
• Explain insurance products and services to customers.
• Follow up with customers for renewals and pending requirements.
• Maintain proper records of calls client details and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
• Provide timely updates to the reporting manager.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecalling telesales or insurance.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused and confident while speaking with clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining customer records.
• Ability to handle regular follow-ups and meet targets.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
