Position: Telecaller – Loan & Finance
Location: Nikol Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time On-Site

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Telesales
• Candidates with experience in Finance Loan Insurance or Financial Services will be preferred.
• Candidates from non-finance backgrounds can also apply if they have relevant Telesales/Telecalling experience.
• Good communication and convincing skills are required.
• Target-oriented and confident candidates preferred.

• Handle leads provided by the company and make outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan/financial products.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Collect and verify the required customer documents.
• Coordinate with customers throughout the process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until the loan/application closure.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls leads follow-ups and status updates.
• Build good customer relationships and provide timely assistance.

Candidates who have previously worked in:

• Loan / Finance
• Insurance
• Banking / Financial Services
• Loan Telecalling / Telesales
• Any target-based Telecalling role

• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Weekly Off
