Job Summary
Location: Remote
- Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.
- Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.
- Verify the accuracy completeness and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.
- Identify and flag discrepancies errors or missing data in submitted records.
- Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
- Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.
- Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.
- Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable but a graduate degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of agriculture practices especially AWD is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.
- Prior experience is preferred.
- Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language.
- Proficiency in Hindi/bengali /temgu/punjabi is preferable.
