Telecaller Consultant

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team in Andhra Pradesh Telangana and West Bengal. As a Telecaller you will be responsible for communicating with farmers over calls reviewing project dashboards and verifying the accuracy of photographic evidence.

Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in a similar role effective communication skills and knowledge of agriculture practices. Fluency in local district/state language and proficiency in Hindi/English and Bengali/Telugu are also required.

As a Telecaller you will be working closely with our field teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of photographic evidence. You will also be responsible for maintaining a log of validation findings and ensuring timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.
