Job Title: Network Engineer L3 (ACI & SD-WAN Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations and Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cisco ACI Versa SD-WAN enterprise Routing & Switching and network troubleshooting. The role requires providing Level 3 support designing implementing optimizing and maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructures while ensuring high availability performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and critical incidents.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex network issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
• Lead major incident resolution and problem management activities.

Cisco ACI Administration

• Design deploy configure and troubleshoot Cisco ACI environments.
• Manage ACI Fabric Tenant configurations VRFs Bridge Domains EPGs Contracts and L3Outs.
• Perform firmware upgrades and maintenance activities within ACI environments.

Versa SD-WAN Management

• Configure administer and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Manage Controllers Director Analytics and Edge devices.
• Implement application-aware routing segmentation and security policies.
• Support WAN optimization and network transformation initiatives.

Routing & Switching

• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network technologies.
• Manage enterprise routing protocols including:
  • BGP
  • OSPF
  • EIGRP
  • IS-IS (preferred)
• Configure and support switching technologies:
  • VLANs
  • STP/RSTP/MST
  • EtherChannel/LACP
  • VPC
  • HSRP/VRRP
  • VXLAN (preferred)
• Perform network capacity planning and optimization.

Network Security & Compliance

• Work closely with security teams to implement network security controls.
• Support access control segmentation and secure network designs.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare and maintain network diagrams standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Participate in architecture reviews and network design discussions.
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Telecommunications or related field.

Experience

• 7 years of experience in enterprise networking.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Cisco CCNP Enterprise
• Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (Preferred)
