Role Description

Please find below the RF Engineer JD -

Responsibility :
Responsible for wireless performance application engineering and Troubleshooting.
Drive Vendor software releases and partner with Vendors(Cisco Nokia Ericson Samsung) & HQ and implement new feature additions.
Develop Decoder specifications by partnering with vendors.
Collaborate with various External and internal agile Teams and ensure timely feature delivery to meet the business commitment.
Primary Skills:
Solid Knowledge and hands-on Experience in End to End 4G/5G Wireless technologies(RAN/Core) and Wireless RAN infrastructure Devices (Nokia Ericsson Samsung etc)
Solid experience with wireless performance application engineering and Troubleshooting.
Hands-on Experience in Network Integration/ Software releases and Field Deployments of RAN(eNodeB/gNodeB) and Core(MMESGWPGWHSSPCRF) Network Elements
Hands-on experience in 4G/5G KPI Implementation & Analysis
Experience in collaboration with Vendor partners and driving themas per business needs
Hand on experience and sound knowledge/interpretation of performance and configuration Network Data
Secondary Skills:
Sound Knowledge in End to End OSS stack of Systems
Knowledge on key wireless technologies such as Open RAN 5G CoreMIoT and MEC etc.
Knowledge in 3GPP standards

Technical Skills

Experience with hybrid mobile app development using frameworks such as Ionic React Native or Xamarin.
Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Knowledge of native app development using iOS or Android SDKs.
Experience with RESTful web services and integrating them into hybrid apps.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Provide guidance support and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.
