ServiceNow Technical Architect

• Analyze business needs current system architecture and future goals to design optimal ServiceNow solutions.
• Create scalable maintainable technical blueprints aligned with business requirements and platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using industry-standard protocols (REST SOAP etc.).
• Ensure architecture aligns with best practices platform governance and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes challengesand desired outcomes.
• Deliver solution recommendations proof of concepts (POCs) and demos tailored to client environments.
• Contribute to estimates proposals and implementation plans during pre-sales and RFP phases.
• Participate in client workshops stakeholder presentations and solution envisioning sessions.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams including developers and administrators throughout project delivery.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet functional requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Conduct testing validation and code reviews to ensure technical quality and performance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training for end-users and support teams.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Support change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Stay current on ServiceNow product updates new features and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices reusable components and documentation standards.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong track record in designing and implementing solutions.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation Customer Service Management (CSM) and integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases 
• Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
• Experience with LDAP Microsoft Active Directory and ADFS for authentication and access management.
• Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems 
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• ITIL v4 Certification
• Preferred Qualifications
  Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps pipelines.
  ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist
  (ITSM CSM HRSD etc.).
