We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom transformation and technology projects from initiation and funding approval through execution deployment go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure

Define project scope objectives milestones and success criteria

Manage planning estimation funding approvals and execution

Drive governance steering committee meetings and decision-making

Manage project schedules resources budgets and financial performance

Track project health dependencies milestones and critical path

Own RAID management and ensure timely resolution of risks/issues

Manage scope changes through formal change control

Coordinate internal teams vendors and third-party partners

Ensure testing quality and business acceptance before sign-off

Provide executive-level reporting and project dashboards

Lead go-live hypercare and transition to operations

Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives

Good to Have

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum Master certification

Telecom experience across OSS/BSS CRM Billing Order Management or Provisioning

Large-scale system integration or application modernization experience

Release management and deployment governance experience
