Key Responsibilities
Property Valuation & Analysis
Perform valuation analysis using accepted asset valuation approaches.
Inspect residential commercial and industrial properties.
Design valuation models and conduct feasibility studies.
Market & Industry Research
Conduct in-depth industry market and competitor research.
Liaise with valuation agencies developers and government bodies for updates.
Track real estate market developments and their impact on lending.
Fraud & Risk Control
Develop checks to prevent multiple/excess funding on properties.
Maintain databases of disputed properties public notices and securitization alerts.
Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk.
Project Monitoring
Scrutinize project approvals and ensure compliance with legal/technical aspects.
Monitor construction status periodically and maintain project databases.
Facilitate fast approvals for new residential projects.
Relationship Management
Build and strengthen ties with builders/developers for repeat business.
Identify new revenue streams through partnerships.
Policy & Compliance
Guide and develop technical policies for housing finance.
Monitor portfolio delinquencies related to technical aspects.
