Were looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. Youll lead a cross-functional engineering squad delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability performance and resilience of our production services.

What Youll Do

• Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad.

• Drive solution design architecture and engineering best practices.

• Deliver new regulatory client and platform enhancements.

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.

• Champion cloud-native development DevOps automation and CI/CD.

• Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing engineering culture.

• Collaborate with Product Owners Scrum Master Architects Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver scalable resilient solutions.

What Were Looking For

8 years experience in software engineering platform engineering or application development.

Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a senior technical lead.

Strong background in cloud-native architectures distributed systems and enterprise application development.

Experience supporting both technology change and production environments.

Strong stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.

A passion for engineering excellence continuous improvement and developing others.
