Profile: Technical Head & Advisory

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting taxation or customer-facing technical advisory
• Prior exposure to accounting software or to a support or advisory role is preferred

Roles:

• Resolve customer queries on accounting GST TDS TCS inventory and taxation
• Guide customers on the correct accounting treatment and the right way to use the softwarefor complex transactions
• Act as the escalation point for queries needing professional accounting and tax knowledge
• Support the Customer Support team in resolving technical accounting and compliance queries
• Train and mentor support team members to build their accounting and taxation knowledge
• Analyse recurring customer queries and create FAQs SOPs and knowledge resources for the support team
• Coordinate with the Product & Development team where queries point to product changes or improvements
• Keep the team updated on important changes in GST TDS and other applicable tax and compliance provisions

Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers
• Able to explain complex accounting and taxation concepts in simple language
• Interest in technology and accounting software is an added advantage
