Job Summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai UAE. The role involves supporting technical coordination reviewing drawings and specifications ensuring compliance with project standards and assisting project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review architectural structural and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and constructability.

-Prepare and review technical submissions shop drawings RFIs and material submit.

-Coordinate with consultants contractors subcontractors and internal departments regarding technical matters.

-Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications local authority regulations and company standards.

-Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.

-Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration when required.

-Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed within deadlines.

-Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related technical information.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field. -Proven experience in technical engineering within the construction industry. -Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications and coordination processes. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows is preferred. -Good communication and coordination skills. -UAE project experience is mandatory.
