Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Documentation Executive Product who will be responsible for creating maintaining and controlling accurate compliant and consistent technical documentation for all products. The role plays a critical part in supporting product launches audits customer confidence and brand credibility through disciplined document management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS) Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) warranty certificates and technical notes.
- Ensure high accuracy in documentation with minimal rework.
- Maintain strict document version control and revision management.
- Ensure correct versions are always in circulation.
- Maintain audit readiness with zero major observations.
- Ensure consistency of documentation across all platforms.
- Manage document records with proper traceability.
- Interpret and structure technical data effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation requirements.

Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Preparation of TDS MSDS warranty certificates and technical documentation
- Strong technical writing and data interpretation skills

Education: Engineering / Science graduate or diploma with exposure to technical documentation
Experience: 12 years in technical documentation QA documentation or compliance support roles
Preferred Industry: Industrial products / safety products / compliance-driven industries
