Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Solution Consultant with strong expertise in Service Cloud to support solution design technical architecture and implementation. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery execution.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements
Translate business requirements into technical components and configurations
Implement Omni-Channel Routing Queue-Based Routing and Skill-Based Routing
Design develop and maintain Einstein Bots and automation workflows
Support technical architecture and contribute to solution design discussions
Collaborate with development teams and ensure proper technical implementation
Support end-to-end delivery including Build SIT UAT and Go-Live
Participate in daily stand-ups sprint meetings and status reporting
Report progress risks and issues to Solution Lead / Delivery Team

Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on development with Apex LWC and Flows
Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience in debugging troubleshooting and optimizing performance
Certifications
Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)
Experience
6 years overall IT experience
4 years in Salesforce ecosystem
Experience in Service Cloud project delivery lifecycle (SIT/UAT/Go-Live)
