We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Migration Architect to lead post-migration validation and stabilization activities across a large-scale Oracle EPM landscape. The role involves overseeing migration quality ensuring data and process integrity and working closely with business and Oracle teams to deliver a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-migration validation strategy for Oracle EPBCS and FCCS applications
• Define and implement validation frameworks reconciliation approaches and quality checkpoints
• Review and validate:
  • Metadata hierarchies and configurations
  • Security models and access controls
  • Data integrity and application outputs
• Drive data reconciliation and financial validation strategy
• Coordinate with Oracle migration teams for issue resolution
• Identify risks manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
• Support cutover readiness go-live validation and hypercare stabilization
• Lead and mentor cross-functional migration teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM (EPBCS FCCS)
• Proven experience in EPM implementation and migration projects
• Strong understanding of:
  • Financial planning and consolidation processes
  • EPM data structures and integrations
• Experience managing multi-instance and multi-pod environments
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale global EPM transformations
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Automate / migration utilities
• Strong financial domain knowledge

Mandatory Skills: Oracle PBCS and Planning.

Experience: 8-10 Years.
