The Role

Reporting to the Archer Professional Services Manager for India COE this role is dedicated to the complex design and solution engineering around the Archer product suite. The role requires designing and implementing complex integrated enterprise applications preferably with strong Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) focus. The successful candidate will work as a consulting engineer in a top-notch highly motivated team of developers who thrive on collaboration open communication tackling complex defects and making an impact for our Archer customers within the Archer Professional Services relation to Archer customer projects this may include services as listed in the Key Responsibilities below.

The role is based in Bangalore India however some travel may be required from time to time if customers are based in other locations outside of Bangalore.

What Youll Do

  • Design implement deploy & support features for integrated Archer solution using Microsoft Stack and/or Java Scipts
  • Develop software application features that adheres to designed to support Business and Customer Requirements
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams partners customer SPOCs to deliver well thought-out high-quality bespoke solutions/integrations
  • Generate documentation including functional and technical specifications
  • Perform code design and unit test reviews
  • Assist in capturing and documenting the customers business processes and functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Assist with transitioning solutions to business-as-usual operations including change management knowledge sharing documentation issue resolution and post-deployment support activities.
  • Assist from time to time with services pre-sales activities including scoping estimation and assisting with statements of work and document templates.
  • Maintains effective time recording and management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps Engagement Managers informed of activities alerting them of any issues promptly.
  • Establish good relationships with technical counterparts in Archer and in our customers and partners
  • Maintain an active knowledge of current industry trends and new technologies.

YoullThrive Here If You Have

  • 6 years hands-on experience with Web Application Development
  • Hands on expertise with building applications/features using C# .NET Framework Core
  • Must be a quick learner and should keep pace with technologies
  • Good understanding of Restful Service and API Development
  • Good experience with SQL Server and backend
  • Troubleshooting - good Debugging skills (especially Production)
  • Good understanding of OOAD Design Patterns
  • Good Communication Skills (Oral & Written)

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience in debugging complex defects
  • Experience with HTML5 CSS JavaScript or React or Anuglar AJAX
  • Experience with Cloud - AWS
