Where is the work:

Trane Technologies is creating a core team of individuals who will support in achieving our 2030 Climate Commitment of reducing Carbon emissions by 1GigaTon. For this purpose we are announcing an opportunity for development of several Digital products for making our products more efficient effective and reliable. As a Full Stack Lead you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

Where is the work:

• From Monday to Thursday work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays choose your work location balancing what your work requires.

What you will do:

In this role you will:

• Define and manage SLIs SLOs and error budgets for production systems
• Design build and operate highly available architectures primarily on Azure and secondarily on AWS
• Manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon EKS
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform ARM/Bicep and CloudFormation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Implement monitoring logging and alerting using Azure Monitor Log Analytics Application Insights CloudWatch Prometheus and Grafana
• Lead incident management RCA and post-incident reviews for cloud production issues
• Ensure cloud security best practices (Azure RBAC Managed Identity Key Vault AWS IAM KMS Secrets Manager)
• Drive cost optimization capacity planning and performance improvements across cloud platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with application and security teams

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in SRE DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary) and working knowledge of AWS
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS and/or EKS)
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python Bash PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking (VNet/VPC Load Balancers DNS)
• Experience handling production incidents and participating in on-call rotations
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience relevant skills and alignment with our leadership principles.
