Team Member Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the operation verification calibration and proper use of instruments in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for machine setup operation and cleaning of all manufacturing equipment used in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for performing and documenting in-process checks in accordance with approved BMRs and SOPs.
• You will be responsible for participating in troubleshooting activities to minimize operational risks and equipment downtime during breakdowns.
• You will be responsible for the operation verification calibration and proper utilization of manufacturing equipment in the Oral Liquid Manufacturing area.
• You will be responsible for the execution review and recording of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) e-logbooks calibration and verification records ECRs and other related documents through PAS-X (Process Automation System).
• You will be responsible for the execution of CLITA activities and the logging monitoring and closure of Red Tags and White Tags in the AMPLE system.
• You will be responsible for reporting and recording Near Misses Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions in the SHEHUB system.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying SCADA/L2 batch reports to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance.
• You will be responsible for documentation activity like deviations calibration change control etc. related to manufacturing area
• You will be responsible for identifying process abnormalities implementing lean tools such as 5S Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance and coordinating small project modifications with plant leads.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification

Diploma/Graduation in pharmacy Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory.

Minimum Work Experience

3 / 6 years of experience.

• Experience in performing calibration of calibration verification of manufacturing equipments.
• Experience in documentation like deviation change control risk analysis etc..
