Team Member Engineering Process

Job Summary
This role is for an Automation Systems Engineer responsible for executing automation-related projects and qualifying systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations. The position involves coordinating with vendors and OEMs to manage project schedules resolve implementation challenges and maintain system performance. The engineer will plan for hardware redundancy monitor component obsolescence and implement upgrades and replacements as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing automation-related projects and qualifying systems to ensure reliable performance and compliance with engineering standards.
You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and OEMs to track project execution against agreed schedules and resolve implementation challenges.
You will be responsible for planning for redundant hardware availability to minimize breakdown time and ensure continuous operation of automation systems.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a monitoring program for automation system component obsolescence and timely replacement.
You will be responsible for applying industry best practices such as GAMP and ISA standards and adhering to corporate policies for automation routines requalification and change management.
You will be responsible for executing design reviews and optimizing testing phases for automation systems to enhance reliability and efficiency.
You will be responsible for standardizing automation software and hardware configurations with minimal customization to improve maintainability and scalability.
You will be responsible for planning and executing system upgrades in coordination with vendors and IT teams and supporting complex troubleshooting and investigations related to automation systems.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification-Diploma/ Graduation in Electronics Electrical Automation Mechanical Engineering or related field is mandatory

Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems used in injectable manufacturing is desired
Exposure to supporting validation activities for automated systems ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards is preferred.
Experience with OEM-provided control systems including communication signals (e.g. PLC SCADA DCS) sensors actuators and automation panels is preferred.
Experience in integrating automation solutions with existing manufacturing processes including MES batch control and interlocks for safety and efficiency is desired.
