The Opportunity:
JD for Team leader Global Customer Pricing
THE OPPORTUNITY: The Pricing Team Leader is responsible for leading a global pricing operations team to deliver accurate timely and compliant pricing outcomes aligned with business and commercial objectives. This role focuses on people leadership operational excellence and continuous improvement ensuring adherence to pricing policies SOPs SLAs and quality standards.
The Team Leader will coach and mentor associates provide clear guidance on priorities manage workloads and capacity monitor key performance metrics and proactively manage pricing risks or escalations. The role requires close collaboration with internal pricing teams commercial partners and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive revenue growth operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably within a pricing operations or projectbased environment
Technical Proficiency
Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Qlik Sense
- Power BI
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 35 years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in highvolume deadlinedriven environments
THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:
- Leads endtoend pricing operations with strong expertise in pricing structures margins governance compliance and audit readiness
- Drives accuracy quality and SLA adherence in highvolume deadlinedriven environments
- Plans and manages workload capacity and queue prioritization to optimize team productivity and performance
- Applies strong analytical skills using Excel Qlik Sense and Power BI to track KPIs and drive databased decisions
- Identifies process gaps and leads continuous improvement initiatives to deliver faster better and more efficient outcomes
- Coaches mentors and develops team members including onboarding and training of new joiners
- Demonstrates strong ownership accountability and structured decisionmaking in complex pricing scenarios
- Effectively manages stakeholder communication and escalations with a clear customerfocused approach
- Embraces change with a continuous learning mindset and openness to new ideas and innovation
- Flexible to Work from Office/Hybrid Model of Work.
