We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented professional to lead migrant workforce sourcing across key districts in West Bengal and Bihar. The role involves building sourcing networks driving candidate mobilization and managing field recruitment operations to support large-scale hiring across India.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage sourcing partners field recruiters and referral networks.
Mobilize candidates through village outreach recruitment drives and job fairs.
Develop partnerships with Panchayats NGOs CSC Centres training institutes and local stakeholders.
Ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for logistics warehousing manufacturing retail and e-commerce clients.
Lead field teams monitor hiring metrics and achieve recruitment targets.
Coordinate with recruitment onboarding and operations teams for seamless candidate deployment.
Maintain MIS reports and district-wise sourcing performance.
Desired Profile
38 years of experience in General Staffing Blue-Collar Recruitment Rural Mobilization or Workforce Sourcing.
Strong knowledge of migrant labour markets and field recruitment.
Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Willing to travel extensively across districts.
