We are looking for a Team Lead - Tender & Contract Management to lead a team responsible for end-to-end Quote-to-Contract execution ensuring timely accurate and high-quality tender delivery. The role partners closely with Sales Product CSP and Operations teams to drive customer outcomes operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Lead coach and develop a team of Tender & Contract Management professionals.
• Own end-to-end tender and contract execution ensuring quality accuracy and TAT compliance.
• Partner with Sales Product CSP and Operations teams to support customer and commercial objectives.
• Drive operational performance through strong governance risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve customer outcomes by reducing defects disputes and process inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives standardization and best-practice sharing.
• Drive adoption of new platforms automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Build team capability through coaching cross-training and succession planning.

• 10 years of experience in Tender Management Contract Management Commercial Operations Customer Service or related functions.
• 3 years of people management experience leading teams of 15 employees.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience driving operational excellence process improvement or transformation initiatives.

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Customer-focused with high ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with data reporting and performance metrics.
• Experience with digital tools automation and process transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
