Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring a Structural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of structural engineers and drafters for the successful delivery of high-rise mixed-use projects and also responsible for technical quality team coordination design review and timely project execution
Responsibilities:
-Lead mentor and manage structural engineering teams.
-Review and approve structural calculations drawings and shop drawings.
-Coordinate with architectural MEP BIM and construction teams.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications international codes and QA/QC standards.
-Support construction activities by resolving technical and site-related issues.
-Monitor project schedules deliverables and resource allocation
Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
-7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies including min 3 years as a team leader
-Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
-Proficiency in ETABS SAFE STAAD Pro SAP2000 Revit and BIM coordination.
-Strong leadership coordination and problem-solving skills
