Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our telecalling operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team handling order follow-ups and call monitoring.

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for driving sales targets coordinating with team members and escalating issues as needed.

You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.

They will have a proven track record in team handling order follow-ups and call monitoring.

They will be fluent in Hindi and English and have excellent communication skills.

They will have experience in call centre management and team lead experience.

They will have excellent Excel skills and be able to analyze data to drive sales targets.
