Job Title: Supply Chain Lead
Location: Bangalore India

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analytics lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing supply chain data identifying trends and providing actionable insights to optimize our operations. This role requires a strong analytical background experience with data visualization tools and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret supply chain data including demand forecasts inventory levels production schedules and supplier performance.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency cost and service levels.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement logistics and manufacturing to support data-driven decision-making.
Supply Chain Optimization: Assist in optimizing inventory management demand planning and production scheduling by leveraging analytical models and tools.
Risk Management: Analyze supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the supply chain management team as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Analytics Data Science Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in supply chain analytics data analysis or a related field.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools).
o Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain management software.
o Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and forecasting models.
Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Masters degree in a related field.
o Experience in the battery energy storage industry or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
o Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Python R or machine learning algorithms.
o Experience with Reporting tools like Power Bi/Tableau
