Job Summary

Generate leads and connect with prospective customers through various channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.

Coordinate customer meetings follow-ups and required documentation.

Support sales marketing and business development initiatives.

Assist customers throughout the onboarding and policy issuance process.

Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular business reports.

Work closely with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.

Stay updated on company products policies and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Age between 22 and 40 years.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is preferred.
