Job Description: Physics Facilitator (Secondary Teacher)
Job Summary
The Physics Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective physics instruction to secondary school students fostering scientific inquiry critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The facilitator creates a positive learning environment supports students academic growth and contributes to the overall development of the schools science programas applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
- Plan prepare and deliver Physics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE Cambridge IGCSE and/or IB).
- Facilitate concept-based inquiry-driven and experiential learning experiences.
- Use a variety of teaching methodologies including experiments demonstrations and technology-enhanced learning.
- Encourage scientific thinking creativity and analytical skills among students.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and administer assessments assignments and practical evaluations in accordance with curriculum requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
- Analyze assessment data to improve student outcomes.
Laboratory Management
- Conduct practical sessions safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper use maintenance and inventory of laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physics or a related field.

- Experience teaching Physics at the secondary/senior secondary level.
