About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

Summary:

The main function of a compliance analyst is to support coordinate review and communicate controls attestation within Service Now compliance portal. A typical compliance analyst is responsible for planning coordinating and implementing security and compliance measures to safeguard the information assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze management and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes procedures and standards in order to validate maintenance of secure configurations.
  • Support control owners for issue management process and collaborate with them for any inquiry within Service Now platform.
  • Develop plans and help enhance the control remediation process and monitoring of the process.
  • Confer with users to discuss issues around completion of control attestation or remediation of controls.
  • Track enterprise compliance (as needed) across multiple security frameworks including ISO PCI CMMC etc. and maintain up-to-date records of requirements and corresponding mitigating controls.
  • Perform different cyber compliance activities as assigned (answering customer questions support compliance audits)
  • Modify develop and help support creation of different compliance process workflows.
  • Develop and support key performance metrics to track and ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
  • Support development of security processes and procedures and support service-level agreements to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained.

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills problem solving skills customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity control frameworks such as ISO 27001 NIST CSF CIS controls Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) controls etc.
  • Knowledge of the practical application of security controls and interpretation of controls.
  • Service Now GRC/IRM platform experience a plus
  • strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • High-level of attention to detail and be a self-starter with ability to work independently multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities

Education/Experience:

  • Associates degree in computer information assurance IT Audit or compliance field or relevant field required. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience required in security controls or risk management
  • At least one industry certification (e.g. CISA CISM CRISC CISSP or equivalent) highly desired
