Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Tank Farming Operator to manage and monitor tank farm operations ensuring the safe storage handling transfer and dispatch of liquids chemicals fuels or process materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency while adhering to safety quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor tank levels pressure temperature and flow rates.
  • Operate pumps valves pipelines and associated equipment for product transfer.
  • Perform loading and unloading activities for tankers and containers.
  • Conduct routine inspections of tanks pipelines pumps and safety equipment.
  • Record operational data and maintain daily logs and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures SOPs and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and report equipment abnormalities leaks or operational issues.
  • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Follow permit-to-work systems and emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within the tank farm area.
  • Coordinate with production maintenance and logistics teams for smooth operations.


Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • DiplomaGraduateB-Tech (Chemical background preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in tank farm chemical plant refinery oil & gas water treatment or industrial operations.
  • Basic knowledge of pumps valves pipelines and storage tanks.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and PPE requirements.
