Job Description:

Drive end-to-end Rewards & Recognition process-nomination validation publishing and announcements.
Manage monthly Krsnaa Vaani content coordination and release planning.
Plan and execute engagement activities (floor engagement festivals culture events).
Track R&R participation nominations and impact measures.
Partner with HRBPs to improve engagement scores and cultural initiatives.
Maintain R&R data and generate MIS dashboards for leadership.
