Job Description:

Lead and grow the agencys talent management vertical.
Build manage and strengthen relationships with influencers creators celebrities and digital talent.
Develop talent growth strategies focused on visibility brand positioning and revenue generation.
Identify and secure brand collaborations endorsements partnerships and long- term commercial opportunities.
Drive revenue targets and business growth for the talent division.
Negotiate commercial agreements talent contracts and partnership deals.
Build and mentor a high-performing team.
Work closely with influencer marketing PR content and digital teams.
Expand the agencys talent roster.
Monitor creator economy trends and opportunities.
