Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Cochin
Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
Salary : Upto 5 -7 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
* Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires and positive candidate experience.
* Schedule interviews collect feedback manage offer discussions and coordinate joining formalities.
* Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn referrals networking and direct sourcing methods.
* Use Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Recruit for manufacturing engineering supply chain quality and corporate functions.
* Hire for roles in Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing Industrial Quality Project Engineering Product Development and Supply Chain & Operations.
