About the Role

We are looking for a highly curious tech-savvy and people-oriented People Innovation Associate to join our HR team.

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence automation analytics and modern workplace technologies to transform HR processes while also contributing to employee engagement and business partnering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI HR Technology & Innovation (60%)

1. Drive adoption of AI tools and technologies across HR functions to improve productivity employee experience and decision-making
2. Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and workflows using AI and digital solutions
3. Build and maintain HR dashboards reports and analytics to provide actionable workforce insights
4. Leverage AI platforms for talent acquisition support employee engagement internal communication learning and performance initiatives
5. Create AI-powered templates workflows chatbots knowledge repositories and self-service solutions for employees and managers
6. Develop presentations communication campaigns surveys and engagement content using AI-assisted tools
7. Support HR digitization and transformation projects across the employee lifecycle
8. Analyze employee feedback engagement data and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
9. Act as an internal champion for AI adoption by enabling teams to effectively utilize modern workplace technologies

Employee Experience & Engagement (20%)

1. Plan and execute employee engagement activities celebrations recognition programs and culture-building initiatives
2. Create engaging internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture and employee connect
3. Support employee wellbeing recognition and morale-building initiatives
4. Coordinate and host employee events town halls and engagement activities

HR Business Partnering (20%)

1. Partner with managers and business teams on day-to-day people-related matters
2. Assist in employee relations matters and resolution of workplace concerns
3. Work closely with stakeholders to improve team effectiveness and employee satisfaction
4. Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers ensuring timely support and guidance

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

1. 3 years of experience in HR People Operations HR Technology Employee Engagement HR Analytics or related roles
2. Strong interest in AI automation analytics and digital transformation within HR
3. Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini Copilot Canva PowerPoint HRMS platforms and workflow automation tools
4. Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities
5. Experience creating reports dashboards surveys and data-driven insights is preferred
6. Creative mindset with the ability to combine technology and people-centric thinking
