About the Role:

The role is crucial to our scale up projects in our Mumbai office as well as BAU recruiting activities. You will be working closely with our existing TA team to ensure we attract the best talent for our business. This role offers a global scope and you will be working with stakeholders and roles across all of our markets.

Yourresponsibilities:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs the role is a global role and you will be working across a number of different markets
• Sourcescreenandinterviewpotentialcandidatesensuringafitforbothskillsandculture.
• Maintainatalentpipelineforanticipatedfuturehiresengagingprospectivecandidatesandbuildingrelationshipswellinadvance.
• Coordinateandmanagetheinterviewprocessensuringasmoothandpositiveexperienceforallcandidates.
• Youwillworkcloselywithhiringmanagersandcandidatespreofferstagetoensureofferobjectivesaremetyouwillberesponsiblefornegotiatingandmakingalloffers
• Youwillensureallpreonboardingadministrativetasksarecarriedouttoensureasmoothrunningprocess.
• You will work with Talent Aquisition team to drive Employer branding initiatives
• You will work with Talent Acquisition team to drive Graduate recruitment initiatives
• Keeprecruitingdatauptodate-usingTrackstar(ATS)oranygooglesheetsasrequired
• Monitorkeymetricescostperhireandtimetohire

Whoyouare:

• 2 year recruitment experience in an in-house position
• Youhaveworkedinacorporateglobalenvironmentinasimilarrole
• You have excellent India market knowledge but have also worked in a Global capacity
• YouhaveprofessionalEnglishlanguageskillsbothverbalandwritten
• YouwillhaveexperienceworkingwithanATS
• Yourabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersisamust
• YouareanexperiencedLinkedinuser
• Youarecommerciallymindedandunderstandthestrategicimplicationsofrecruitmentdecisions
• Youhaveusedsocialmediaplatformstoinfluencecandidatesandpromotebranding
• Youarenotafraidtoexplorenewavenuestocreatemeaningfulchange
