We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Operations Manager to overseeand manageour Talent Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment processes systems and strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of talent acquisition operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistwith the development and implementation of talent operations strategies to support businessobjectives.
Leadand contribute tovarious talent acquisition projects from conception to execution managing timelines and resources effectively.
Collaborate with regional talent teams and the People Systems team tooptimizerecruitment workflows and technology resources.
Continuouslyidentifyopportunities for process improvement and innovation within talent operations.
Leverage technology and analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance the candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers recruiters and other stakeholders to understand needs gather feedback and build solutions.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
Skills Required
Technologically adept and able to grasp system changes quickly
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with varied teams
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan prioritize and track progress. Experience with any Project Managementtools is needed.
High attention to detail
Responsive and proactive in managing tasks and addressing stakeholder needs
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Resourceful
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
Good Excel skills
