Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Staffing & RPO Sales)
Location: Cochin Kerala
Work Mode: Remote
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with
experience in BFSI and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should
possess strong sourcing skills experience in bulk hiring and a proven
track record of hiring sales professionals across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for BFSI IT and Non-IT positions.
- Handle hiring requirements for Sales Business Development
Relationship Management and other frontline roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to
onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment requirements.
- Utilize job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and other
sourcing channels effectively.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and
workforce needs.
- Maintain candidate databases recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment
lifecycle.
- Meet hiring targets quality metrics and turnaround time (TAT)
requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in BFSI and/or Non-IT hiring is mandatory.
- Experience hiring for Sales and Entry level roles will be highly
preferred
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring will be highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of sales hiring and volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
