Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in creating job postings and managing job advertisements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation.
• Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
• 2 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ATS tools.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment terminology.
• Understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
